Main features

Nextcloud Office offers editing of documents, spreadsheets, presentations and drawings and can read and write all major document formats like DOCX, PPTX and XLSX as well as a wide range of open formats. All these documents can be edited together with colleagues and from mobile or the browser interface.

Document comparison in Nextcloud Office

There are two ways to compare files. You can use side-by-side view, which lets you browse both document versions next to each other with all changes highlighted in the text and tracked in the left margin. Alternatively, you can compare files in Manage Changes mode, where Nextcloud Office displays the differences within a single document, allowing you to review, navigate, accept, or reject each change individually.

Sheet Views in Spreadsheet

Activate Sheet View to filter data independently from other collaborators in your spreadsheet. This greatly reduces interruptions when many people need to access the same data in large data sets.

Present to All in Nextcloud Present

With the “Present to All” feature, you can present to everyone online. People in the document follow you automatically as you switch between the slides.

Lock Files
